6:00 – 6:30 AM Welcome, check-in & light stretching 6:30 – 7:30 AM Group running / brisk walking (Beginners can walk at their own pace) 7:30 – 8:00 AM Exercises with music 8:00 – 8:15 AM Networking & introductions 8:15 – 8:30 AM Healthy food & community time
