Tweet Generator with Hashtag & Airtable Logging

An n8n workflow that generates short tweets featuring random hashtags (#techtwitter, #n8n) using OpenAI's GPT-3 API, and then logs the tweet and hashtag into Airtable. Utilizes manual trigger, function node, HTTP Request to OpenAI, data set, and Airtable integration.
