Redis Locking Workflow for Webhook Concurrency

An n8n workflow that uses Redis to implement distributed locking for webhook handling, preventing concurrent or duplicate executions. It parses Slack webhook payloads, checks and acquires Redis locks, conditionally executes workflows, and releases locks after completion.
