ISS Position Updates via RabbitMQ

Automates retrieval of the International Space Station's position every minute via the 'wheretheiss.at' API and publishes latitude, longitude, and timestamp updates to a RabbitMQ queue. Utilizes n8n Cron trigger, HTTP Request node, Set node, and RabbitMQ node for real-time messaging.
