Image Text Extraction and Logging Workflow

Automates downloading an image, extracting embedded text using AWS Rekognition OCR, processing the text with custom logic, and appending results to Google Sheets. Uses AWS Rekognition API, HTTP Request node, and Google Sheets API with OAuth2 for easy text extraction and data logging.
