GitHub Multi-Repo Webhook Monitor

Automates monitoring of multiple GitHub repositories using GitHub Webhooks and n8n. Registers/deletes webhooks programmatically, listens to push and pull request events, and sends notifications via Telegram (Slack optional). Uses GitHub API and n8n HTTP, Webhook, and Telegram nodes.
