Auto-Optimize Images Uploaded to Google Drive

Automates image optimization by watching a specified Google Drive folder for new images, downloading them, sending them to TinyPNG API for compression, and saving the optimized images back to a chosen Google Drive folder. Integrates Google Drive and TinyPNG APIs.
